Vegan Michelada
Tajin or desired chili powder
1 lime
3-4 dashes of tapatio or valentina
2 generous dashes of vegan Worcestershire sauce
2 generous dashes of soy sauce or liquid aminos
Mexican Beer of choice
Tomato juice
Rub lime along the edge of your cup. On a plate pour a bit if tajin and dip the rim of your cup so that the tajin sticks to the like juice.
Add ice to your cup and fill cup with 1/4 to 1/3 of your cup with tomato juice. Add soy sauce, vegan Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and mix. Squeeze the rest of your lime. Gently top with your beer and garnish with a cucumber wedge.
