Vegan Michelada

  • Tajin or desired chili powder

  • 1 lime

  • 3-4 dashes of tapatio or valentina

  • 2 generous dashes of vegan Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 generous dashes of soy sauce or liquid aminos

  • Mexican Beer of choice

  • Tomato juice

Rub lime along the edge of your cup. On a plate pour a bit if tajin and dip the rim of your cup so that the tajin sticks to the like juice.

Add ice to your cup and fill cup with 1/4 to 1/3 of your cup with tomato juice. Add soy sauce, vegan Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and mix. Squeeze the rest of your lime. Gently top with your beer and garnish with a cucumber wedge.
