Sangria de Jamaica

6 cups water

2.5 cups dried jamaica

1 cup sugar

1 bottle pinot noir

1/3 cup white rum

1 orange- juiced 

1 orange cut into pieces 

2 apples diced

1 mango cut into chunks

12oz of topo chico mineral water

To make jamaica:

Bring to boil clean dried jamaica and water. Strain liquid out and dissolve sugar with agua de jamaica. Let cool for a few hours. Once agua de jamaica is cooled mix orange juice, rum, wine. Add fruit and mineral water and move sangria to fridge . Let cool for a few hours and then it’s ready to drink.
