Apple Nachos

A quick simple snack! Image

Apple Nachos 

  • 2 apples sliced
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter melted
  • 1-2 tbsp unsweetened coconut chips
  • Optional: Dark chocolate chips

How to:

Melt peanut butter on stove top/microwave until it liquefies. Feel free to add more, I wanted 1 tbsp because I didn't want too many calories but wanted the peanut butter taste. Pour melted peanut butter over apple slices and add coconut chips and optional chocolate on top.
